Shield3 Athletics ("Shield3," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through shield3athletics.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit our contact or quote request form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, organization or facility, email address, phone number, and the details of your message. You choose what to share, and you do not need to create an account to browse the Site.
As with most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may automatically record basic technical information such as the pages you visit, your general location, browser type, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our website host and form processor (Netlify), email providers, and analytics tools — and only as needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies, including through analytics tools, to remember preferences and measure usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended if you do.
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, fulfill your request, and maintain our business records, after which we delete or de-identify it.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted by emailing david@shield3athletics.com. You may also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
Although Shield3 products are made for environments that young athletes use, this Site and its forms are intended for adults — coaches, administrators, parents, and buyers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when it was last revised, and the current version always appears on this page.
