These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shield3athletics.com (the "Site"), operated by Shield3 Athletics ("Shield3," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to violate any applicable law.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Shield3 name and shield mark, images, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Shield3 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Shield3 is a protective system that complements — does not replace — routine cleaning. We are pursuing EPA N-List registration; our products are not represented as EPA registered, and we will update the Site as that status advances.
We report field measurements (such as ATP / surface-bioburden readings) as measures of cleanliness, not as pathogen-specific kill claims, and we keep laboratory data and field measurements separate. Nothing on the Site is medical, health, or safety advice. Product names, descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without notice, and some items — including Layer 3 (Laundry Defense Sheets) — are in development and not yet offered for sale.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shield3 and its owners and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site.
The Site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
